Tammy’s Liver Muffin Recipe

2 cups of flour

1pk of beef liver

4 garlic cloves

2 eggs

1 tablespoon of wheat germ (optional)

1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

approx. 1 -2 cups of water

Blend all ingredients except water , together in a food processor then
add water until it looks like a thick pudding.
Pour mixture into muffin pans 
Bake at 350 for 30 -40 min until fully cooked.

Champion Canine Cookies

1 ½ cups whole wheat flour 

1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup skim milk powder 

1 cup cold water

1 egg beaten 

1/3 cup melted fat bacon, beef , lamb
mix flour , milk powder , dash of salt
drizzle with melted fat 
add eggs +water+ (cheese optional)
  mix well
gather dough into ball 
on floured surface put out dough (roller)
roll out to ½ thickness
cut into desired shapes 
bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350*F for 50 - 60 minutes
or until crisp,( I found 40 min was enough) use your judgment
makes approx 36 21/2" cookies
