At Skiplyn Kennels, we breed for health and temperament first, all dogs before used in my breeding program are tested, and cleared for hip dysplasia , eyes, thyroid, and patellas, and have passed either a temperament test or have their CGC ( canine good citizen).

I am the owner and trainer of the #4 obedience Schipperke in Canada in 1999. My schipperkes also love to do flyball and agility.

Eclipse is my first schipperke, and the reason I love the breed so much, she has such a zest for life, and puts 110% of what she has into anything I ask her to do and excels in everything, I have not found one thing yet that she is not good at, including obedience, flyball, agility, herding. While trialing for her CD title, Eclipse earned a score of 198.5 out of a perfect 200 score, and while trialing in 1999 Eclipse racked up enough points (with very limited trialing) to become #4 obedience schipperke in Canada One of her best accomplishments

Vixen: Skiplyn’ s Wildhearted Vixen

Vixen is the daughter of Eclipse, she is exactly what I breed for, a very nice example of the breed. She is a lot calmer than Eclipse and is a joy to live with. She is currently working on her CD title, and is training in agility and flyball. She is also being shown in conformation this fall.
