merely a month after learning e-collar training through Tammy. Zoe
was a dog with a high chase & herding instinct. She couldn't
be offleash anywhere, ever. Barely a
month later, and I am able to work on obedience exercises - off
leash - in my driveway while bikes, cars and kids go by. I can also
walk her off leash which has added to her quality of life immensely
(seen in the last 15-20 seconds of the video).
