At Skiplyn Kennels Dog Training we strive to provide high quality and effective training to our clients in the City of Greater Sudbury. We are Sudbury's only professional dog training school and offer group training classes year-round at our wonderful training facility located at 26 Garson-Coniston Road in Garson. In addition, we offer private training consultations, board-and-train opportunities, and a myriad of dog sport activities for your canine companions.
Our fall session will be starting soon! Registration is Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 6-8 pm. Classes start the week of August 26th. The following classes will be offered:

Monday 5:30 - 6:30 pm: Beginner Obedience (small dogs & puppies only) - this class is FULL!
Monday 6:45 - 7:45 pm: Beginner Obedience (all sizes and ages) - this class is FULL!
Monday 8:00 - 9:00 pm: Intermediate Obedience - this class is FULL!
Monday 9:15 - 10:15 pm: Beginner Obedience (all sizes and ages) - NEW: Only 8 spots left
Tuesday 5:30 - 6:30 pm: Beginner Obedience (all sizes and ages) - NEW: Only 8 spots left
Tuesday 6:45 - 7:45 pm: Outdoor Class - this class is FULL!
Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 pm: Beginner Obedience (all sizes and all ages) - this class is FULL!
Thursday 6:45 - 7:45 pm: Beginner Obedience (all sizes and all ages) - this class is FULL!
Thursday 8:00 - 9:00 pm: Intermediate Obedience - this class is FULL!
Note: classes are $250 (tax included) for each 8-week session. Classes are filling up quickly so to guarantee your spot in a class for this session, send a $50 non-refundable deposit via e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org (the password answer should be Skiplyn). In the message box, put your name & phone number, as well as which class you want. Registration will be on August 20, 2019 from 6 - 8 p.m. and any remaining balance owing will be due before or by this date.
Dogs have to be up to date on vaccines (including kennel cough) BEFORE classes start and a vaccine certificate from your veterinarian should be brought to registration as proof of vaccine status.
If you have a reactive dog (people aggression or dog aggression), a private session with Tammy is REQUIRED prior to joining group classes. The private session is needed to assess the dog for proper class placement and for the safety of our other students. PLEASE NOTE: participation may be revoked (with no refund) if your dog's reactivity is not disclosed prior to registration.
If you are interested in private training (one on one training) prior to or instead of group classes, the cost is $100 per hour for regular issues and $150 per hour for any aggression or reactivity issues.
